Gumboot Friday

Hi Bloggers on Monday we had Gumboot Friday we made cards for people with
mental health problems. Mental Health means that you think you can not do anything
but you can. A Person at my school called Neeve came up with the idea this idea
relates to are well being-hauora. We made the cards and put them in Mailboxes we
put nice comments on them like have a good day and stuff like that. We had to split up
into groups 4 we went round the neighborhood delivering cards into the letter boxes.
We went down one street and i put one of my cards in a Black Letterbox Tyson my
buddy put his in a Green letter. Box then JD put his card in his homes letterbox once we
had all our cards gone we started to head back to School. On the way a Dog barked at us
so I got a fright so I moved a little faster when we got back all the
people that had gumboots had a photo. I think it was a good idea to do this.                   

soccer zones

On Thursday we went to soccer zones (or football zones). We had to go to Eden Park which was pretty cool. In our team we had Ehsan, Indie, JD, Peter, Isaac, Torian, Yousuf, Nikhil, Noah. We got in, we were surprised to see the women's word cup trophy. 
The first match was against Hay Park and we won 4 nil then the next 3 nil. We were on are a high score. Then our next game was not in a while so we went to get a bite to eat, we had a really good view. Then we had to go to our next game, we won it 2:1 and the the next game the last team we had to verse was St Therese it was hard but in the end we beat them...so we had won all our games I was really happy with my self.
